All forms of any product for Sale hires Marketing Companies to “BRAND” their products via advertising, social media, hashtags, direct mailings, market presence. I too fall for that with a brand of Ibuprofen I only buy Advil or a brand of Pants I want Dockers only. With Wine, I promise you it is better to ignore all the hype and branding and focus on the actual wine, the vintages (Good Years or Bad Weather Years) and BUY THE WINE not the NAMES. After all we can’t drink the label we have to drink the wine. I promise with this approach, it will expand your horizons and palate beyond buying the same 5 wines over and over again. Wine buying becomes Fun instead of just picking up a loaf of your usual bread at the market.
Grape-fully yours, Larry
