As I state in the Video, most sommeliers refer to the area of Taurasi as “The Barolo Of The South” because of it big bold flavor profile. In My World it is just the opposite. I refer to Barolo as “The Taurasi Of The North. Seek out AGLIANICO (AH-Lee-On-Ee-C0) It is and always has been by favorite Wine Grape.
