20 years ago I swore I would never live to see the day that Americans would drink any wine that was PINK and FINALLY understand that it is not SWEET but Red Wines with LESS SKIN CONTACT. In 2017, I am thankful to whomever it was or whatever it was that has not only AMERICANS drinking Rose but CRAVING it and not being able to get enough of it. This is great! And it spurring producers on to make higher quality rose now, because there is a market for it emerging. Rose is such an under appreciated style!
