‘Tis The Season. It’s Oct. 15th!!!

I wait for this delicacy every year. My calendar here in South Florida is not marked off for Chanukah or Christmas or My Birthday….Just October 15th and again on May 15th. Today is the start of STONE CRAB CLAW SEASON.  I already picked some up in the local store today. It’s a tradition to get them on the first day to Celebrate 6 months of this sweet delicacy . It can be an expensive Celebration but worth it. Now all you need is some suggestions for wines to pair with them. Rejoice Floridians… They are BACK!!!!!
